What currency are the prices I see on the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours of production time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Average shipping times are 7–10 business days (excluding holidays).
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us via email.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
- Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

After double-checking that the address is wrong, please notify us via email. We can update the address to the correct one within 24 hours of submission. No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour window.
